I joined ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) hp_wankathon. Yay for that, and I'm working on a challenge. So now I have two (including the Remus/James FQF) ficlets to be done by October/November. I like dates-- they force me to do stuff.
Also, had lunch with Josh today. Ick, that sentence is filled with so much. . . stuff, and it's like six words long. It's just that whenever we get together, I'm reminded of Melly's party senior year.
Not that I don't love him any less, and not that he's not my closest and dearest friend in the world. But still-- it's always a little weird when I see him after it's been a couple of weeks, and the first thing that pops into my head is Melanie's party.

Joined a couple of communities. . . and all that jazz. :D
Honestly, I’m not sure what I’ll use this journal for. Probably RL ramblings. But since no one in fandom knows me IRL, feel free to ignore them. They’ll be confusing. And I’ll cut-tag TRY to cut-tag them.
So, today I talked to Maria. Which was weird. We used to be so close when we were younger. It’s not that we had a big breakup, blowup fight and started hating each other, but just kind of slowly drifted apart. She went to the private high school and I went to the public one; our interests became so different. I can’t pinpoint the exact time we started making closer friends and whatnot, but it obviously happened.
Still, talking to her was nice, if slightly superficial. (Breakups, makeups, all the goss from people I hardly talk to anymore.)
